The Bible--God's written revelation to His children--is the most important tool for life. Being a book, Christians have always understood the importance of the Bible being readily available for study when a person so desires. The writings of a church or ministry are important as well in that often information presented during a sermon or oral teaching session is not reiterated enough to be effective in a weekly message.
