Minimum order 200 books. Prices subject to change according to market fluctuations in the printing industry. Actual price will be based on exact page count and specifications requested. Pages refer to finished book pages including all front matter (title page, copyright page, acknowledgments, etc.) Quantities of 1000 or more are done by separate quotation. More than five [5] photo scans are extra. Prices include estimated freight.
